The Journey to 3 Brisketeers

In the past 6 years of our lives, Ben and I have been fighting hard to find a place for ourselves in the tech startup world. Been beaten down and tossed around by debts and failures, good food was the only thing we found comfort in to keep us going.

So we thought, maybe this world needs more good food in these trying times too.

We are launching the 3 Brisketeers, bringing you 42-hour sous vide smoked briskets in the form of 3 delectable slider flavors. We want to give this American party classic a twist of Asian flavor to celebrate the cultures we come from.

The Tech Years

Six years navigating the startup world. Through the highs of innovation and lows of setbacks, one constant remained: our passion for good food.

The Pivot

We realized the world needed more good food. Armed with a sous vide machine and 42 hours of patience, 3 Brisketeers was born.

Our USDA Choice brisket undergoes a meticulous 42-hour sous vide process, ensuring every fiber is perfectly tender while retaining all those precious juices.

After the long cook, we finish each brisket over rendered tallow, creating that perfect crust and adding layers of rich, beefy flavor that traditional smoking alone can't achieve.

The result? Brisket so tender it practically melts, yet with enough texture to hold up on a slider. It's science meets soul food.
