ORDERING & CATERING
We require a minimum of 3 days advance notice for all catering orders. For larger events (50+ guests), we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure availability.
Our minimum for catering is 10 guests. For smaller gatherings, consider our Family Pack (12 sliders) or Take Home options available at farmers markets.
Yes! We deliver throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Delivery fees vary based on location. We also offer full-service catering where our team sets up and serves.

MENU & DIETARY
Our three signature sliders are: BBQ Crunch (house BBQ sauce, crunch salad, sesame-ginger vinaigrette), Bánh Mì (mayo pâté butter, pickled daikon & carrots, cucumber), and Dragon Flame (13 Chinese BBQ spices, spicy cucumber salad, chili oil).
While our sliders are served on King's Hawaiian rolls (which contain gluten), you can order our brisket plates which come with potatoes and your choice of salad. Our brisket itself is gluten-free.
Yes, please let us know about any allergies when ordering. Common allergens in our menu include wheat, soy, sesame, eggs, and dairy. We can customize orders to accommodate most dietary restrictions.
Our USDA Choice brisket is cooked sous vide for 42 hours at a precise temperature, ensuring perfect tenderness. We then finish it over rendered beef tallow for a rich, beefy flavor and beautiful bark.
FOOD HANDLING
Store leftover brisket in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
For best results, reheat in a 250°F oven covered with foil for 20-30 minutes until warmed through. Add a splash of beef broth to keep it moist. Avoid microwaving if possible, as it can dry out the meat.
We sell our 42-hour sous vide brisket by the pound ($26/lb) or as a whole brisket (~9 lbs for $200). It's fully cooked and ready to slice - just needs reheating!
