Half & Whole Briskets
Briskets cook for 42 hours, so order by the end of the Sunday before your pickup weekend. Halves run 4–5 lb and wholes 8–10 lb. Every brisket is a little different, so you get the one we slice for you, and your balance at pickup is adjusted to its actual weight.
